Beef Tapa








RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

1 k. sirloin or other tender beef cuts preferably with fat
1/4 c. beef sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt peter (salitre)
2 tbsps. salt
2 tsps. MSG



PROCEDURE:


Slice beef thinly to desired size (preferably across the grain). In the bowl mix the rest of the ingredients and spread this on the meat. Allow beef to marinate for at least 24 hours in refrigerator. Fry in hot fat and serve.

NOTE: Use less sugar if desired.

SERVINGS: Good for 4-5 persons
